Stylish hotel and the location close to the downtown or the beach was absolutely perfect and great. Healthy breakfast to start the day, appetising food. Big size and bright units with jacuzzi, big screen TV, as example, and affable staff. Free parking nearby provided. Good pool area too👌

The room lacked sufficient towels, and the salty shower water made things uncomfortable. We were the only guests, which only added to the eerie feeling.

That was luxurious hotel set in very residential area, so close to the centre of Tulum, bars & restaurants, and great new restaurants. We where given brand-new room with big screen TV and balcony, for instance. The breakfast had a lot of DELICIOUS food and drinks.

Our experience was frustrating and unacceptable. On our first night, we were the only guests at the hotel. We discovered there weren't enough towels in our room, and the safe didn't work, leaving us worried about our valuables. To top it all off, staff were unhelpful when we reported money missing from our room and the salty water in the shower was disgusting.

The friendly staff created a cute atmosphere. Direct pool access from the spacious room allowed for easy relaxation, and the ambiance was really quiet. Breakfast included a delicious omelette and fresh cream cakes that were hard to resist. Relying on taxis wasn't ideal, and a scooter or bike would have been more convenient for exploring the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious suite with pool access and the nice seating area by the pool. Getting around solely by taxi is not ideal. A scooter or bike is better. Breakfast was decent, and the room design added a pleasant Mediterranean touch.

Spacious room, very clean, and super friendly staff. Low water pressure in the shower made getting ready a hassle. Great bike rental to explore the area easily.

We did struggle a bit with the hot water in the shower , disappointing.
