My kids wished the pool area had more sun throughout the day.

Unfortunately, our three-night stay was marred by various issues. The room lacked sufficient towels, and the salty shower water made things uncomfortable. We were the only guests, which only added to the eerie feeling.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend

Great bike rentals!

On our first night, we were the only guests at the hotel, which felt eerie and unsettling. We discovered there weren't enough towels in our room, and the safe didn't work, leaving us worried about our valuables. To top it all off, staff were unhelpful when we reported money missing from our room and the salty water in the shower was disgusting.

It was just a reliable pick for a brief weekend stay in Tulum with real value for money. The balcony was nice to relax on, even though it lacked seating.

Breakfast included a delicious omelette and fresh cream cakes that were hard to resist. However, relying on taxis wasn't ideal, and a scooter or bike would have been more convenient for exploring the area.

However, getting around solely by taxi is not ideal. a scooter or bike is better. Breakfast was decent, and the room design added a pleasant Mediterranean touch.

I loved the Mediterranean-style design of the hotel, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious common areas and easy access to the pool made it perfect for enjoying relaxing moments without any hassle.

Had a great time with my friends! The room was fresh and big. We enjoyed cycling to the beach and the cenotes nearby. The staff was super helpful, making our stay even better. Renting bikes was easy and added to our adventure.

my stay was fantastic! the room was bright, clean, and spacious, really exceeding my expectations compared to my last visit to tulum. the bike rental made it easy to explore the beach, and the staff were super friendly.

water pressure in the shower was low.

the room was spacious,, but the air conditioning could be quiter. the pool was right outside our door (loved the swim-up access). staff was super helpful with recommendations (they really knew the area! ). breakfast had a great variety (especially the fresh fruit!
